Who we are

Paka: Virtual Companion (the “App”) is operated by Paka Planet LLC.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please email pakaplanet@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

Recommended subject line:

Delete my Paka account

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your name (as used in the App)

  • The email address associated with your data

  • The statement:

    “I confirm that I want my account and data deleted.”

What we delete

Once your request is verified, we delete:

  • Account data: your name, email address, and profile information

  • App data: pets, progress, and other data linked to your account

What we keep (and why)

We may retain limited information for legal and operational reasons:

  • Support and legal records: minimal logs of your deletion request (email address and date/time), kept for up to 90 days

  • Aggregated analytics: anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you

Verification

We verify deletion requests using the sender’s email address.
If a request is sent from a different address, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the original account email.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Data stored in system backups may take up to 90 days to be fully removed.
